great location, clean rooms, and daily towel changes for a refreshing stay

The Cool Sevilla Hotel offers an excellent location right in the heart of the city, with access to attractions. The staff are cute and ensure daily room upkeep.

It was in a central setting to all the main sights.

Staying there was amazing because Sevilla is such a beautiful city and people from the Sevilla Urban Hostel always have nice programation so that I never felt like 'What should I do now?'. City tour, night tour, tapas tour: everything was amazing!

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the Setas and some fantastic local restaurants! The room was well set up, with everything I needed, and the efficient check-in process with entry codes for late arrivals was a nice touch.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking.

the room - very little space to move around, they put in 6 beds where they should have put only 4. in addition, the plastic curtain in the bathroom only covered half of the bath, therefore when take shower water spilled on the floor.

I like its location that I can constantly go back from places in the city centre, and for a hostel the breakfast is good. The atmosphere is also quite nice and unique. It's really a place I feel as if I was home.

The upper bed is too close to the lower one which was a point I couldn't keep in mind all the time, so I hit my head many times when I sat up from the bed. Since There is no bed number on the card, my card was taken by someone else when I put it on the wall to get electricity.

The walls seem more like paper. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, including late-night activities and plumbing noises. My bed had a noticeable dent. There's a serious lack of in-room coffee facilities, which would have been a great perk for early risers.

The reception closes at midnight. The reserve does not warn. One of the employees of the hotel is detestable. Lucky that there are two more. The room was spotless & budget, with comfortable bed. I didn't want to say goodbye and would stay here again...

The location's super central and the staff were really helpful. But the room felt a bit cold at night, and I could hear the noises from outside as I tried to sleep.

We had a room near the common room, it was very noisy during the night. Common room during the breakfast always too full.

The common area, despite being small, was very enjoyable. The locker and door key system with just 1 digital card was very good. And breakfast was way more than you could expect for a free breakfast when you are paying 11e for a room in high season. Amazing! You shouldn't miss the free walking tours and pub crawls that PanchoTours orginize in colaboration with the hostel. I had Filipo from italy in the morning tour and joyful Juan from spain for the pub crawl leading. Both amazing experiences with great company!

The charming Andalusian decor in the lobby created a welcoming ambiance, while the peacefulness of the interior courtyard provided a serene escape amidst the hustle of the city.

Good location, nice staff, clean enough. we spent just a night before a bus to portugal and it was a very good option.
